Hello everyone and welcome to Foison International Trading Company,I would like to tell you today about our main product and that is anything and everything steel balls,We produce high carbon steel stainless steel,we produce balls that go into bearing production as well as anything from a 2mm diameter all the way up to 25mm in diameter,They are all in specification all the way from G10 to G2000 international specifications,So where would you find our product,Well perhaps if you are opening a drawer at home our balls will be found inside the slide rail in your drawer,So we do furniture production electrical appliances kitchen appliances medical equipment scales and balances automatic transmissions for cars pretty much anything and anywhere that you would need a high quality small ball even ball bearings you would find us there.

Wire is cut and cold formed into spherical blanks on high speed heading machines

The finish lapping operation gives the balls the bright, smooth, defect-free surface finish

The balls are heat treated (hardened and tempered) to achieve the required hardness and microstructure
Equipment: Roller Gauges Roller gauges detect and sort out surface defects under/oversize balls
