| We are ball manufacturer located in Changzhou, near the shanghai port. | ||||
| 2. How long is your delivery time? | ||||
| We usually take 30-50days for production after the confirmation of PO. And we also keep some stocks for the usual size. | ||||
| 3. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ? | ||||
| We provide free samples from our exsist stocks, when the required samples is missing, we can provide a similar one for sampling inspection. We don't handle the freight charge for customer. | ||||
| 4. How do you guarantee the quality? | ||||
| We face a constant customer audit regarding the production process in order to reach a continuos improvement,we perform random inspections during every production process and 100% inspection with finished balls in different method, such as roller sorting for size mixing and large defects, electric phtographifc inspection for small surface defects. | ||||
